1) By Bank Transfer or EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer)
You can make payments to any of our Garanti Bank or Yapı Kredi Bank accounts (in TL)

2) By credit cards through our website
You can take advantage of our online single payment or online installment options with all types of credit cards. For online payments, the amount will be debited from your credit card at the end of your order. In case of order cancellations due to possible order cancellations or stock issues, refunds will be made to your credit card within 14 business days. 3) Order Refund In case of cancellation of your orders for any reason; AtolyeAtasehir-Meb İç ve Dış Ticaret Ltd Şti will refund the product price to your account and/or credit card within three business days. However, you must provide your bank account information and/or credit card information correctly and completely to our company's finance officials. 4) Delivery We strive to deliver the products you have ordered to the cargo company on the same day. For products that take time to procure, the cargo delivery time is 3 business days, as stated in the product details. You will be informed in case of any possible delivery delays. Please provide your current location as the delivery address to ensure smooth delivery. Your requests will be processed according to the delivery type you selected at the end of your order. Products from our Istanbul-based company will be shipped via contracted courier companies. Orders are delivered to the courier company within a maximum of 2 (two) business days after confirmation. You can consult with our customer representative regarding different delivery options. Also, cargo deliveries are only valid for Turkey.

5) Payment Tracking
If the system is unable to complete the transaction due to any problem, our visitor is informed of this situation on the payment page.
In case of any error in the specified address, the customer who placed the order is contacted regarding the order that could not be delivered.
The validity of the email address provided by our visitor is confirmed by an automatic email sent after the order is processed.
We are responsible to both the customer and the bank whose credit card system we use for the delivery.

If you think the packages were damaged during shipment, please contact the company that delivered them.
Please open and inspect the package in front of an authorized person. If you believe the product is damaged, do not accept delivery and have the shipping company prepare a damage report. After the product is received, it is assumed that the shipping company has fully fulfilled its duty. If the product is damaged: Please send the damage report you have prepared to info@atolyeatasehir.com as soon as possible. If you complete these steps, we will begin working on your package and arrange for a repeat delivery as soon as possible. If you briefly explain why you want to return the product in this email, it will help us in our work regarding the product.
