CUSTOMER REPRESENTATION AND MARKETING IN THE TEXTILE INDUSTRY

Week 1: Customer service and general introduction to customer service representatives
Week 2: Design and order taking stages
Week 3: Delivery and shipment tracking
Week 4: Responsibilities of production and sales departments
Week 5: Fiber types, knitted, woven, narrow woven, tricot fabric types and production stages
Week 6: Marketing, sales and customer relations - General marketing rules
Week 7: Clothing types (Baby, child, men, women)
Week 8: Measurement locations (Top and bottom)
Week 9: Clothing accessories
Week 10: Garment auxiliary materials
Week 11: Garment production and quality control - Care, washing, instruction preparation, tests
Week 12: Conversation with an experienced customer representative in the textile sector
Hatice Figen ULUBİLGEN
1958 yılında İstanbul’da doğmuştur. 1981 yılında Boğaziçi Üniversitesi işletme bölümünden mezun olmuştur. Profesyonel iş hayatına Beymen-Altınyıldız grubunda başlamış. 5 yıl Beymen-Karat pazarlama şirketinde, 7 yıl Beymen Home Collection üretici-tedarikçisi olarak çalışmıştır. BEYMEN CLUB kurucularındandır. 2013 yılına kadar mümessil ve üretici firmalarda müdür olarak iş hayatına devam etmiştir. 2013 yılından itibaren İstanbul’da bir vakıf üniversitesinde, moda tasarım bölümünde öğretim görevlisi olarak mesleki tekstil ingilizcesi ve vitrin düzenleme teknikleri dersi vermektedir.
